"Hi there, I feel extremely let down by this service. For £570 (an extortionate price) I booked an MPV/SUV for one of our top clients. They emailed me with the driver details the night before and then sent a different driver. This caused both confusion and last minute panic. The driver they sent arrived in a VW Caddy… essentially a van. It was really embarrassing. We managed to change the driver for the return journey but our client was not at all happy and as expected this has had a very negative ripple effect. I feel let down by this service as I chose yours over other options (at a cheaper price). I would really appreciate a response to my complaint please and for it to be followed up with by a member of your team. This was not worth the money and I feel incredibly disappointed by this. I would appreciate if you could look into this please and also look into some form of refund given the car sent was different to that of the one I booked and the whole thing wasted a lot of time and energy. I actually ordered the return service in error and an hour later I tried to correct it (4 days in advance still) and you refused anything other than a 10% refund, that is not a reflection of how much effort had been put in by you as a business. No other taxi app has that harsh a policy and your customer service agent, Ashad, was extremely curt and unfeeling towards my innocent error. After repeated phone calls, the driver responded claiming there was traffic delay and arrived at least 35 minutes late from the time of expected booking. On arrival, we realised he had brought the standard estate car than our booking of SUV/MPV to accommodate the bags. we had to squeeze in the bags in the boot and keep the handluggage with us while travelling. The entire process was very suboptimal and disappointing. "

The kids seats did not fit in the back (specifically why I ordered that vehicle) so we were all squashed in the middle seats. The driver could not find the address and kept calling. The driver tried to overtake on a T junction (highly dangerous) - he got honked at quite understandable and it woke one of the kids up. "When I got in the taxi I told the driver that rather take me to my parents house in Leominster, could he make a slight detour and take me to Hereford hospital instead. The the taxi driver was very pushy about trying to get an extra £35 out of me, because I had to go to the Hereford hospital instead of the originally planned (and paid for) journey, back to Leominster. He knew that I was traveling to the hospital instead of Leominster because by that time, I'd been told it was unlikely that my mother would make it. My father says Hereford hospital was actually closer than the planned journey and he must have known it made the journey for him shorter rather than longer. It's not very nice to do that to someone when they are rushing back to the hospital after being told there is not much hope for their mother. Also, he was late in collecting me and at some point during the journey asked me if I minded if he put some music on? At that point I didn't really care so said I didn't. Do you know what he put on? He put an Islamic chant on. IMO it wasn't music because there was no musical skill or instrumentation to it at all. I will remember that taxi driver for the rest of my life. Thank you"

On way vehicle correct for booking on return its was substandard only just fitted medium size suitcase not the 3 pieces of hand luggage or 2 medium cases as per booking. The car too small my knees nearly touching the back of the passenger seat & I am only 5ft tall approx any taller the discomfort even worse. The return vehicle stank of deep heat mix on pick up & I was close to throwing up all return journey I know what it is & what it is for as I am a severe victim of stalking its been used on me before. The driver erratic slamming on breaks I had to steady myself on seat in front for a journey over 2 hrs long. The taxi driver went to take personal calls one call the taxi driver answered from a male it got linked in to me for ADVER (Aggrivated Data Voice/Visual Echo Relay) Its assault the content rape assimilation. I am a victim of stalking & know what it is its horrific stalker equipment meaning my eye biometrics where in the taxi drivers phone for a stalking ring damage to eyes in retinal imaging & ear dropping. They did horrific visual ADVER at risk Island (Victims of stalking are abduction risks & I have a recorded ongoing incident with the police as I am a victim of stalking as the company where made aware on booking) The drivers app in car was monitoring police activity in the areas he passed through & at one point when clear of police activity the driver went to do open car when he thought I was asleep (I had eyes closed trying not to throw up) for abduction exchange at risk point. I was also travelling with jewellery stock & other stock I one medium suitcase. I opened eyes & he abandoned attempts carried on driving erratically. I have used taxi code in the past & assigned A1 Cars in past with one previous attempt July 2023 for extortion holding the taxi ride to ransom demands for additional cash payments outside of taxi code agreement & payment. Note the contract for the taxi journey agreed & paid for on confirmation of the booking & they try to re-negotiate after accepting the assignment for cash payments in taxi & threaten to leave you stranded if you do not pay. They did this severely After accepting & committing to the contract with Taxi Code who assigned it to A1 taxi's. A1 taxi's tried for various amounts of cash payments in July2023 its was £50 or leave me stranded (evidence kept) . In December its was 2 x £40 a total of £80 or leave me stranded (evidence kept both attempts reported to the police). Then attempts Dec Jan2024 for £60. (evidence kept & again reported to the police) I reported all to the police as I have a recorded ongoing incident as a Victim of Stalking . Stalkers rape / abduct / murder victims. I also notify police of my movements in case & this is why the driver was using device to monitor police in areas. "

Most of our communication took place via telephone which was inconvenient. I resent being upsold into a more expensive vehicle and being scolded by them for not using the postal code (which resulted in the same address and mileage). Finally, BUYER BEWARE: read the terms & conditions related to the cancellation policy. Cancellation 2-10 days before the journey will result in a 10% refund only. The Nissan SUV we ended up with was fine and had more than enough space. The driver was professional, and we had no problems getting to the airport other than being a few minutes later than planned. They claimed that their chosen route was 20 miles longer than the TaxiCode mapping route and prepaid contract. TaxiCode agents said the Rocket Cab claim for $20 extra pounds was false and said not to pay any extra because our pickup information was correctly entered and the prepaid $236 pound contract was to be honored. Also, no tipping is part of the pre paid TaxiCode contract. I may use Uber next time, for less ‘last minute’ stress."
